I also hold an 'Assessment Practicing Certificate' (APC) which confirms the validity of my report for a formal dyslexia DSA (Disabled Student’s Allowance) funding application.
I have been teaching for over 20 years across the age ranges in primary Schools. I have also spent time supporting children with SEN and their families in my work as a specialist teacher/ dyslexia assessor. In addition to my work with schools, I have also supported university students who are entitled to Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA), helping them access the adjustments and support they need to thrive in higher education.
My assessment work has enabled me to support children and young people throughout Cheshire and surrounding areas. I also work with Independent and state schools in addition to providing assessments in a home environment. I hold a current full DBS certificate in addition to my highly specialised qualifications which can be verified with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).
